Meet the Founder
FUSHAE was founded by Angelo Ali, who spent more than 20 years running warehouse and last-mile delivery operations in Ontario's furniture and appliance industry. He was Operations Manager at Mobilia for 13 years, and earlier, at Leon's, he held store, warehouse, and systems roles, including administering the warehouse management system across several corporate locations.
Having spent his career on the customer side, Angelo knows what a delivery means for a brand: it's the last thing your customer experiences. FUSHAE was built to give companies the kind of delivery partner he always wanted.
How We Work
FUSHAE operates a managed network of vetted, contracted carriers across Ontario. Every carrier is vetted before handling a FUSHAE job and held to our standards for communication, care, and documentation. We stay accountable for every delivery: scheduling, communication with your site contact, and resolving any issue. Your customers deal with one partner, not a chain of subcontractors.
Our Commitments
- You hear it from us first. If a delivery is running late or something comes up on site, we let you know right away, before your customer has to call you.
- Every delivery is documented. Signed proof of delivery and photos of final placement and condition on every job, so you always have a record.
- One partner owns the problem. If anything goes wrong, you make one call to us. We manage the resolution with the carrier, so you never have to chase anyone.
